Q: Can I place an order by phone?   

                                                                                                                                                            
A: Yes call 718 972-2836 seven days a week 9am to 6pm eastern time. If nobody is available to answer your call please leave a message with your phone number and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Q: Do I need to be a paypal member to place an order? 

 A: No. Payments are processed by paypal, but you do not need to be a member to shop.

 


Q:  How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.



Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
